Terms of Use

Swpit is for kids aged 6 to 17 who live in or study around Gurgaon. A parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and approve the account before a kid can list items, request trades or chat. By approving, the parent confirms they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Swpit helps kids swap things they no longer need, such as toys, books and games. Swpit is not a shop. No money is exchanged on Swpit, and we do not buy, sell, store, pack or deliver items. Swapping happens between families.

Every swap must be approved by both parents. Swaps must happen in a public place with a parent present. Never share phone numbers, addresses, social media or links. Chats are filtered, and a kid can report or block anyone at any time.

List only items that really belong to you and are safe and suitable for kids. No weapons, vapes, alcohol, adult content, medicines, animals or anything illegal. Describe items and their condition honestly. Be kind in chats. Do not pretend to be someone else or create more than one account.

Swpit admins may remove any listing or message and may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms or put kids at risk. We tell the kid the reason for a removed listing. If you think we made a mistake, a parent can email hello@swpit.in.

Swpit is run by a small team and provided as it is. Families are responsible for deciding whether a swap is safe and for the items they hand over or receive. We check school IDs and moderate content, but we cannot guarantee any item or any person. Nothing here limits any right the law gives you.

A parent or kid can stop using Swpit at any time. A parent can withdraw approval or ask for the account and its data to be deleted; see the Privacy Policy for how long that takes.
